My approach

I do not believe in diets. When you starve your body, it will often react with binging, overeating, loss of connection to hunger and fullness cues, and the development of an unhealthy relationship with food and body.

Our bodies are naturally intuitive, knowing when to eat, when to stop, and when we are satisfied if we eat sweets. The more restrictions we impose, the more we complicate our relationship with food and consume our thoughts and lives.
