Well, let’s face it—diets just don’t work in the long run. And guess what? It’s not your fault, and it has nothing to do with willpower. I’m so sorry if you’ve spent your life stuck in this guilt trap, feeling like you’re the problem.
When we restrict our bodies, they push back—binging, overeating, losing touch with hunger and fullness cues—it’s all just your body trying to protect you. Our bodies are naturally wired to know what they need: when to eat, when to stop, and yes, even when to enjoy something sweet. But the more rules we pile on, the more we mess with that connection and let food take over our thoughts and lives.
It doesn’t have to be this way, and I’m here to help you break free.
